Senthil Kumar is responsible for product scalability, integration, and operations of AI services to ServiceNow's global customers. Additionally, he leads the AI policy and governance representing AI research and customer impact at ServiceNow. Previously, he has served as the head of data platform at Asurion, where he built the next generation mobile protection and insurance subscription platform impacting 280 million customers. Senthil holds a master's degree in engineering from UC Berkeley and enjoys staying up to date on the latest advancements in data and intelligent technologies.

Machine Learning Engineer, ServiceNow

Jake is a Machine Learning Engineer for ServiceNow's Data and Foundational AI team where he specializes in building AI products for ServiceNow's internal organizations. Prior to being an ML engineer, Jake worked in engineering and product for ServiceNow's Sales Commissions team, working on sales software infrastructure that supports over 6000 sellers. He holds a BSc in electrical engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley and is an avid cyclist and rugby player.
